A Journeyman Carpenter should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience
- A complete set of hand and power tools and own a truck or van to transport tools
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Ability to complete projects on time
- Experience in producing high end work
- Desire to work toward a Construction Supervisor License
- Excellent communication skills
